If client expresses interest in an inappropriate massage, they will be reported and the session will immediately be cancelled. Payment for appointed service will be rendered in full. Termination of a session is completely at the discretion of me without a requirement of explanation.

DRAPING
Your comfort and feelings of safety are a priority. Most people remove all clothing to allow the most benefit from the massage; however, you may disrobe to the level you are most comfortable with. By law, all Massage Therapists are required to use draping. During the massage, only the part of the body being worked on will be uncovered.

PARTS OF THE BODY TO BE MASSAGED

Reservation / Appointment Policy

MISSED APPOINTMENTS
When you book an appointment with me, that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. I try to always be ready for you when you arrive.
In return, I ask that you keep your promise to me and show up for your appointment on time.
Please understand that massage therapists only get paid when they deliver a service...
therefore missed appointments are costly for me and prevent me from catering to other clients.
That said, the policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment,
and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $30 fee.

LATE POLICY
Please arrive on time as your appointment begins at the scheduled time. Extra time may not be added to the end of your appointment and you will be charged for the full amount of time that was reserved for you.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS
In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact me by phone at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reach me, please leave a message on my voicemail system. If I do not hear from you within this time frame, and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy will be applied.

I recognize that no one is perfect and there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and so I may make an exception to the above policies on those occasions. If I must cancel your session for any reason you will be notified as soon as possible.

Payment Policy

PAYMENTS AND RETURNED CHECKS
Payment is due in full at the time service is rendered.
Cash or Check is preferred.
MasterCard, Visa, and Debit cards are accepted with a card fee.
There will be a $30.00 returned check fee - or maximum allowed by law.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Keep in mind they are transferable, therefore, the bearer is considered the intended recipient regardless of the name printed on the certificate.
