Therapeutic massages are perfect for relieving muscle tension, improving range of motion, loosening tense areas by breaking up muscular knots and so much more. *All Lotion and cremes used are fragrance free and organic.
This treatment acts as a reset to our whole system providing relief and rest to the body. Different pressure and movements are applied strictly to the feet to connect and heal body through nerves and wiring in our feet. Please refer to services description on website for more details.
During a CBD massage Sunmed CBD Cream is applied topically and massaged into the muscles throughout the session. CBD works by stimulating our own endocannabinoid system, and has been found to have an effect on a wide variety of biological functions, such as pain, memory, mood, appetite, stress, sleep, metabolism, immune function, and reproductive function. When you choose this session your selecting to have one or multiple elevations added to a basic therapeutic or reflexology massage session. Each elevation has an individual cost listed. Options include Hot stones ($15), Aromatherapy ($15), Ache relief balm ($15), Sensory gua sha face massage ($15), Sound therapy singing bowls ($15), CBD ($25), and/or Foot Scrub ($25) Please refer to services description on website for more details on elevation options. Please put your selection(s) in notes during booking process.
You will receive a 45 or 75 minute massage with aromatherapy spritzed throughout the session and a 15 min foot scrub treatment. During the foot scrub treatment dry towels are placed underneath each foot . The scrub is then applied to each foot and both feet are securely wrapped in hot towels. The towels will be left on for about 5 minutes while therapist massages the scalp, neck, face and/or arms. The scrub will gently be removed with hot towels. The session will end with a hot stone foot massage that includes a locally sourced body butter to soften the skin that leaves you feeling refreshed.
