General Service Policy
Appointments will be held at my Weyauwega Home Studio: E5828 Hillside Drive, Weyauwega, WI 54983.
ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS may result in less time devoted to your therapy session. If you suspect you will be late or need to re-schedule, call Kimberly ASAP 920-659-3805.
COVID-19 PROTOCOLS: Please do not come in if you are feeling ill - OR - have a temperature of 99.1 degrees F - OR - if you have been exposed to COVID-19 within 14 days - OR - you have traveled to a COVID-19 hot spot and have not quarantined for 14 days afterwards. I will reschedule you!
WINTER WEATHER/SEASONAL BAD STORMS: If local schools are closed due to winter storm/blizzard or other hazardous conditions, Soothing Sessions Bodywork will also close for your safety. Kimberly will call, text, email you as soon as possible to reschedule.
ILLNESS: If you are sick, nauseous or running a fever of over 99.1 degrees F within 24 hours, please reschedule.
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR is not tolerated and will result in ending the session immediately. The client is required to pay for the full session, regardless of time remaining, asked to leave and will be banned from Soothing Sessions Bodywork.
Kimberly reserves the right to refuse service at any time.
Reservation Policy
Confirmation or denial of appointment requests online or via telephone call/text message will be done within 24 hours.
Cancellation Policy
COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to the pandemic, I have relaxed my cancellation policy for the year 2020. Clients are to re-schedule under the 24 hour period. BUT clients must CALL/TEXT 920-659-3805 ASAP. Otherwise, the client WILL charged as a "No Show."
Cancellations MUST be made 24 hours in advance.
Clients who do not cancel within the 24 hours or re-schedule and do not show up will be considered a "No-Show." These clients will be charged in FULL for the session they did not attend.
"No-Show" clients will be required to have a Credit Card on file for future appointments.
Habitual late clients, non-emergency last-minute cancellations, and clients with several "No-Shows" within a month's time period will forfeit their Client Loyalty Reward discounts and be required to pay regular price for their sessions. They also run the risk of being "fired" as a client and asked to not return to Soothing Sessions Bodywork.
Payment Policy
Clients are expected to pay at the end of their session.
Cash, local (personal) check and credit cards (MC, VISA, AMEX, Discover) accepted.
If you wish to use your FlexSpend or HSA account, please check with your health insurance provider FIRST to be sure Massage & Bodywork is accepted.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: I only accept Gift Certificates from Soothing Sessions Bodywork. At this time, I do not accept gift cards (ex. SpaFinder, etc.).
INSURANCE: I do not process insurance claims. However, I do email or print out receipts where you can submit to your insurance company.
