Craniosacral Therapy or "CST," is a light-touch therapy used to help alleviate pain and tension in the body. This light-touch technique focuses on the head, neck and spine, reducing stress and pressure throughout the body, allowing it to heal. Clients seek CST for relief from headaches, back & neck pain, balance issues, digestive disorders, etc. Kimberly has received her training through Upledger Institute International.
This gentle energy work brings balance, deep relaxation and healing to your body. Lift your spirits and your energy with a session! An excellent choice when touch therapies like Massage or Reflexology isn't what you need. Kimberly holds Master certificates in Usui Shiki Ryoho and Karuna Reiki.

A deeply healing and soothing massage using hot, warm and cool stones. The temperature and weight of the stones help melt muscle tension, decrease pain and just feels so good! Currently this service is only available at the Weyauwega Home Studio facility.
