Meet the owner of Mindful Massage, Barbara Lob. Barbara is a graduate of Carlson College of Massage Therapy in Stone City, Iowa. She's nationally certified in Massage and Bodywork, is licensed to practice massage in the state of Iowa, and is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Monthly massage therapy and chiropractic care became an integral part of her lifestyle after sustaining a neck injury in 1997.

Since graduation, Barbara has attended both state and national AMTA conventions earning continuing education units in myofascial work, massage for individuals with special needs, reiki, lymphatic drainage, CranioSacral therapy, Thai massage, Himalayan hot stone massage, and massage for people living with cancer.

She's currently practicing part-time by appointment in Lisbon, Iowa.
