COMING WINTER OF 2025 - CHRISTIAN YOGA
My apologies, I am closed for the winter of 2025.
And,
NEW CLIENTS MAY ONLY CHOOSE A SESSION FROM MY CURRENT SPECIALTIES, AS I AM NOT ACCEPTING ANY NEW CLIENTS FOR DEEP TISSUE INTEGRATIVE THERAPEUTIC TECHNIQUES, as of Summer 2024. I am also discontinuing DEEP PRESSURE as of 2025.
Therapeutic massage focusing on chronic or acute issues of the back and neck.
A blend of massage techniques designed to help alleviate chronically tired and stressed muscles applied with firm pressure for the 105 minute session, and lighter pressure for the 90 minute session.
The use of hot and or cold stones massaged on the client's skin allows the therapist to access the deeper muscles and tissues. While both hot and cold stones deeply penetrate the client's muscles and tissues, hot stones help ease mind and body tension while cold stones (only applied specifically to focus areas) help to decrease inflammation and sedate the nervous system response to inflammation.
CranioSacral is a gentle massage therapy which is believed to influence the flow of the body's deepest fluid and help to calm the nervous system. CranioSacral can be administered over a client's clothing, so there is no need to disrobe for this session.
Reflexology sessions are delivered to the feet, hands and face with the therapist's thumbs and hands. Reflexology is believed to affect the entire body by gentle to firm pressure as requested by the client's preferences. The client may remain clothed for this service and may also opt to only have the feet worked on.
This treatment is a combination of Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Craniosacral therapy. Neurolymphatic drainage utilizes Manual Lymohatic drainage techniques to direct the flow of lymph fluid from the Central nervous system by mobilizing the fascial network through Craniosacral techniques. The touch is light, the affects are deep. There is no need to disrobe.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage utilizes very light pressured techniques, without the use of lubricants, to facilitate the movement of lymph. This basic treatment is not for those with a history of cancer, or cosmetic or reconstructive surgeries, or those with lymphedema.
