Jenny Friedel is a board certified and state licensed Massage Therapist and certified Yoga Instructor who owns and operates The Healing Table, LLC. The Healing Table is located within Sheboygan County Yoga Co-op at 208 East Mill Street in Plymouth, Wisconsin. Jenny offers therapeutic massage incorporating a variety of spa techniques. She also offers Thai Yoga Bodywork and teaches various yoga classes at Sheboygan County Yoga Co-op and throughout the community.
Styles range from Swedish Massage (which focuses on relaxation and wellness) to a therapeutic Deep Tissue that targets deeper muscle groups. Hot stones, towels, cupping and heat packs are used to compliment the service.
Also known as “Lazy Man’s Yoga”, takes place on a futon-type mat on the floor, with the client fully clothed. Massage techniques of friction, pressing and tapotement are utilized without the use of lotion. This work can feel intense but people often report feeling rejuvenated and reawakened!
This special service involves a 30 Minute individual yoga session followed by a 60 minute therapeutic massage. An individual yoga practice plan will be created during this session that will then be e-mailed to the client. If you are interested in developing a yoga practice this is a great option for you to gain one-on-one insight without the intimidation of a large class environment. Come dressed in / bring loose fitting clothing.
