24 hour advance notice is requested when rescheduling/cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule if you are unable to keep an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hour advance notice, you may be charged a rescheduling fee equal to half of the rate of your scheduled session. This amount should be paid prior to or during your next scheduled appointment.
