This is a combination of massage, craniosacral, reiki and reflexology for ultimate relaxation and healing on all levels!
Reiki is a relaxing form of energy work. For a Reiki only session the client remains fully clothed. A light touch or no touch, over energy centers of the body, called Chakras, are used. Ocassionally I will use a moderate pressure as in work on the feet or acupressure points along a meridian.
