The therapist assists the the client into various stretches and yoga postures, using hands, feet, elbows, and knees to skillfully massage and open the clients body. Thai massage is as energizing as it is relaxing. You will leave feeling open and awake, while also relaxed. Thai massage is done on a padded mat on the floor, fully clothed without the use of oils. You should wear loose fitting clothing that allows for a wide range of motion.

Thai herbal ball massage brings together the best of Thai and Swedish massage, plus some! Utilizing a combination of Swedish and Thai techniques, herbal ball massage is done on the skin with soothing oils, and a hot, steamed herbal compress of medicinal Thai herbs. Thai herbal ball massage, unlike traditional Thai Massage, is done on the massage table. The hot herbal compress penetrates deep into muscles, allowing for a deeper, more consistent opening and relaxing of tissues, leaving you smelling great, and feeling refreshed and renewed. (Clients will keep their herbal compresses (2) after the massage. Many like to reuse them in an herbal bath or other luxurious self-treatments)

The Reiki practitioner acts as a bridge, channeling Reiki through themselves to the client. Reiki leaves you feeling alive and glowing, acting on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Reiki is, both, a hands-off and hands-on modality. The client remains fully clothed.
