Located at 854 Gordon Street in Guelph, I treat clients from birth into old age with concerns such as sports injuries, digestive problems, pre and post natal health, chronic conditions and stress management. I first became interested in massage during my first pregnancy when I began receiving regular massage therapy treatments and learned about the vast benefits that massage therapy offers. I quickly learned that massage therapy is more than an indulgent hour of relaxation (which it can also be), but also, a foundation for rehabilitation, exercise education, health consciousness and maintenance, as well as affecting your self-image and increasing the integration between mind and body.

It didn't take long for my belief in and excitement for massage therapy to become my career and I have never been happier than to share my experience and passion for wellness with others!

I understand that every person brings with them different life experiences and a unique relationship to their body, therefore reflecting their massage preferences and needs.
