I am a licensed Massage Therapist, registered with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. 

I invite you into my home where you can unwind in a cozy environment. I offer both relaxation and deep tissue massage and can incorporate Myofascial Cupping into a session upon request. 

More recently, I have completed both Upper and Lower body courses towards my RAPID Neurofascial Reset Certificate. Unlike traditional massage therapy sessions, in these treatment sessions you are fully clothed and specific manual therapy techniques along with certain movements are used to address both acute and chronic pain.

After you have requested, and I have confirmed your appointment, I will send you a client intake form if it is your first visit. Please check your junk email folder for the intake form and have it filled out prior to your appointment.
