Jade Groff,CNM, LMT (she/her) is a Momma, Midwife, Pelvic Care Specialist, Flower Essence Practitioner and Herbalist who moves through life with a reverence for Mother Earth and a commitment to making a positive impact for future generations. She is a medicine woman that brings ancient wisdom and healing practices into our modern day. Jade believes these traditional roots continue to offer us healing and a lifestyle that holds the potential for the greatest health and peace. 

Jade supports women to resolve their pelvic pain and past trauma so that they can develop a clear comfortable connection to their body and their feminine energy.  She offers one:one sessions and group classes in her Pelvic Harmony Program combining her gifts as a Practitioner of Abdominal Therapy (also known as the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy), Holistic Pelvic Care™, Energy Medicine, Flower Essence Therapy and Herbal Medicine.
