I have acquired many of my massage techniques/modalities through continued education courses which include courses by Erik Dalton, the creator of the modality of Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques of over 30 years. My massage techniques assist with manual massage bodywork alignment, re-patterning of the body, increased range of motion, pain management, techniques in which tend to last longer and an organic natural gift of intuitive massage touch. My intuitive massage touch assists in the healing and wellness of the body. Including therapeutic relaxation wellness massage modalities of well-known modalities such as swedish and deep tissue massages.
