General Service Policy

Please arrive for your first appointment 10 minutes early to fill out a confidential case history.

Reservation Policy

Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Due to the length of appointments, 24 hours notice is required in order to give another valued client an opportunity to get treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Without 24 hours notice, cancellation fees of 50% of treatment cost will be charged if your appointment time cannot be rescheduled. This is necessary due to increased missed appointments with no notice.

Payment Policy

Cash, Cheque, E-transfers accepted. Credit cards are not accepted at this time.
