I graduated from St. Louis College of Health Careers in 2007.
Training included classes in Anatomy and Physiology, Psychology, Kinesiology, Ethics and many more.  
In my spare time I enjoy camping and being outdoors. Spending time with my husband. I also enjoy helping my church family serve our local community through their many outreach programs. 

Massage has been proven to improve quality of life for people who suffer from a variety of health conditions such as back pain, knee pain, osteoarthritis, neck pain, fibromyalgia,  migraines and so much more. Massage is also a great way to relieve stress and anxiety. 

The best part of being a professional therapist, for me, is knowing I help relieve people's pain and anxiety. I also enjoy providing a service to my local community to improve overall quality of life.
