"I was in a car accident that left me with limited mobility in my neck, and pain in my neck. I was getting relief thru chiropractic treatments, that helped but did not give me the relief of pain or freedom of movement that I now have after taking massage therapy from Kari. I started out with weekly 1 hour sessions for a while and over time have stretched them to once monthly treatments. If I over do it, and stress my body I go in more frequently for a couple of months until I get back to where I can go to maintenance with monthly treatments. I still have monthly chiropractic adjustments but attribute much of my relief to the massage therapy.
