"Have you ever wished your massage could have gone differently? This massage was my first in which I didn’t. Lori listens to both your points of tension, plus lifestyle, to understand how to release tension in surrounding areas that you might not know are irritated from routine things you are doing (for example, carrying around a heavy newborn, hunched over nursing, and lifting toddlers). She is athletic herself and knows from life experience in addition to her education, how to understand the big picture of your body and what it is you are doing and wanting, to release that tension as you need. Not all parts of your body strains are created equal so she really is insistent too about letting her know if the pressure is too intense in some areas that were ideal in others. It’s nice to not be uncomfortable asking for the adjustment. 5/5 would recommend her and will be returning myself!"
