General Service Policy
Please be sure to fill out your intake form. Appointments without intake forms will be cancelled
I recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to any appointment time to ensure you will receive the full benefit of your massage. This allows you time to check in, change, and prepare for the session.
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Appointments will be automatically cancelled 15 minutes past the session time.
Parking is available on the street.
Requests for sexual activity will not be tolerated. It will be viewed as solicitation, and reported to the proper authorities. The client will not be rescheduled if this occurs.
Masks are required for all unvaccinated clients.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling Policy:
Clients who’ve experience a fever of 100 or higher within 24 hours before their appointment or experienced the following: cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, body aches, headache, sore throat, nasal congestion, diarrhea, nausea, chills, appear flushed, glassy-eyed or have been in contact with an individual with COVID-19 in the past 14 days will need to reschedule their appointment. I will not be charging my cancellation fee if you are cancelling due to these symptoms.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at time of service. I Accept all major credit cards, cash, gift certificates and checks. Any returned checks will be subject to a $35.00 fee.
All gift certificates expire 1 year from the purchase date.
