DO NOT COME IN SICK. PLEASE CANCEL WITH AS MUCH NOTICE AS POSSIBLE. If you come in symptomatic, I'm going to send you back home, so you might as well stay there :)
I agree to pay fees for any fees for missing or changing this appointment if I do not give notice by 10pm the day prior to the scheduled appointment.
To avoid any cancellation fees, please let us know by 10:00 pm the day before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. If this is not done you will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the session you booked, which must be paid before you can schedule another appointment.
If you arrive late your session may be shortened and you will still be liable for payment of the full time that you booked. Please contact us by phone/text if you expect to be more than 10 minutes late. We generally wait for you for 15 minutes, and then it is assumed that you are not going to show up, and we may leave the studio or call our next client to come in early.
