General Service Policy

By requesting an appointment you acknowledge that you're reading through these instructions fully since it has important information regarding your visit here and where to find my studio address. Please inform us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel if you end up sick before your appointment. If you arrive sick, you acknowledge that your session may be immediately canceled. This helps safeguard against the spread of preventable illness.

Reservation Policy

If it's your first time scheduling an appointment you'll receive an appointment confirmation and appointment reminder via email. Those emails have our full studio address listed at the bottom. Please keep them for reference because our address isn't listed online. If you're planning to use a navigation system to get here, you'll need to enter the address manually for correct directions since we don't list the address fully on maps. We're an appointment only studio in a residential neighborhood which is why our address isn't public. I recommend adding our address to your contacts for future appointments. If you choose to request a massage or facial add-on with your service please type that in the message section above so that the treatment time may be adjusted accordingly & the add-on is set up when you arrive for your appointment (in some instances the additional time may not be available). If you're booking a CBD Infusion Massage, you must be at least 21 years old.

Cancellation Policy

Unless it's an emergency, a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation is required prior to your appointment so there is time to fill the spot that was being held for you. No shows will result in a denial of future appointments unless you request to make arrangements to pay a no show fee of $35. Same day cancellations will likely be considered a no show unless we're able to refill that appointment slot on such short notice.

Payment Policy

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, apple pay, android pay and venmo. If you're using an eGift card to pay for your service, you'll need to bring the eGift card email or text that contains the 16 digit redemption code. If you want to use your HSA or FSA card to pay for your services, it is your responsibility to have a current prescription for massage from your doctor in your personal records in case HSA or FSA requests to verify medical necessity. If they demand repayment or refuse to cover services for any reason, it is your individual financial responsibility.
