It can be as intensive as you like or adjusted for a lighter touch...it was amazing how Cindy could adapt the pressure from her feet and hands to deal with my problem areas and knots, yet still be a relaxing comfortable experience. The next day I felt like my muscles and back had been through a workout (I consider that good), but not super sore like some massages have left me. I went home and immediately booked my next appointment!"
