PSA: As a reminder with the New Year...
We have great relationships with every one of our clients and will treat them equal when it comes to policy, these things should not be taken personally, its policy that ensures that we can continue to do business and keep providing these services to everyone.
24 hours notice of cancellation is required or else there is a fee. If we receive notice via a telephone call or Facebook message and it is given with 12- 24 hours 1/2 the amount of the session booked is charged. If you call or message with under 12 hours notice it is full charge of the session booked. If we receive a "no call/no show," a FULL charge of the session booked is charged and if this happens 3 times, we simply cannot rebook you. NO EXCEPTIONS! Payments must be made within 24 hrs of missed appointment. No new appointments will be made until payment is received for the missed appointment.
