I work with your whole being -- body and soul, and tailor a session to your individual needs helping you get out of pain, reduce stress, relax and unwind -- using elements of Integrative Craniosacral Unwinding, Polarity Therapy, aromatherapy, Reiki and other holistic healing techniques.

After our work together, my clients tell me they feel less or no pain, that they have better focus and concentration, feel emotionally balanced and sleep better. Our bodies know what they need to do to heal, and sometimes we need someone else to help us listen to what we need.
