If you are late for your scheduled session, you will receive the remainder of your scheduled time. If you do not show, 100% of the session fee will be required before another appointment will be accepted.
Insurance clients: I do not bill insurance companies for no-shows or late cancellations. In the event of such, you are responsible for paying 100% of the market rate for the scheduled session.
Twenty-four hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Emergencies can be discussed. In turn, I promise to do my utmost to honor our session and be on time as well.
Please reschedule due to illness as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. Massage is not appropriate care if you are sick. Likewise, I will honor your need to stay healthy and will reschedule our appointment if I am not well. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
